OCI assessment information

The individual OCI self-evaluation is a personal reflection and is not used to create an executive report. For an executive-team OCI assessment, Stability Edge documents the assessment purpose, participant groups, authorized access, reporting approach, and whether participation is anonymous or identified before launch. Team reporting is aggregated; individual answers are not shown in executive reports, and results are not reported for groups with fewer than five completed responses.

Do not enter protected health information, passwords, credentials, or other confidential organizational information into an OCI assessment. Stability Edge does not use OCI responses to train artificial-intelligence systems. Assessment records are retained for no more than 24 months after the related assessment or engagement unless a written agreement requires otherwise. Participants or sponsoring organizations may request access or deletion through the contact information below.

Third-party services

Stability Edge uses service providers to operate parts of the website, schedule briefings, and deliver assessments. The OCI self-evaluation opens through a third-party assessment platform delivered through Zite and Fillout. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing

Stability Edge Consulting does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, deliver messages, schedule briefings, process assessments, or support business administration.
