The customer must give a clear affirmative response such as “Yes” or “I agree.” If the customer does not clearly agree, Stability Edge does not send SMS messages to that number.
After affirmative consent, record the customer’s mobile number, the date consent was given, the opt-in method as “verbal,” and the representative who obtained the consent.
